No one leads alone.

I support leaders at the highest levels, and the people closest to them, through high-stakes moments and deeper growth.

Most people meet the role. I meet the person carrying it.

With me, you don't have to perform or hold it all together alone, and you'll still be challenged. The work is shaped entirely around your situation and the people around you, and it goes as deep as you choose.

Who I work with

The people I work with often carry a great deal, and have few places where they can simply be themselves.

Leaders in demanding roles: chief executives, heads of organisations, and those in diplomatic or political life.

Founders at a turning point: after a sale, or when the work that defined them changes.

Families behind a business or a name, across generations, including those stepping into a legacy.

People in public life, for whom almost everyone around them wants something.

And, when it helps, the people closest to them.

Working together

Every collaboration is shaped around you: your role, the moment you're in, and the people who matter to you.

Ongoing partnership

Over several months or a year, I stay close, before and after the moments that matter.

The people around you

When it helps, the work includes the people you choose: a partner, family, a co-leader or close colleagues.

Focused time

An intensive around a decisive moment, or an immersion of about a week, away from daily life, to step out of the role.

My clients don't need to explain their world to me.

I'm trained as a clinical psychologist, systemic therapist and social scientist, with a PhD in psychology from Georgetown and 14 years of independent practice. Through my earlier work with the United Nations University and years in diplomatic circles, I know these worlds from the inside.

A first conversation is always unhurried.

I work in Europe, the United States, online, or wherever the work takes me. Everything stays between us.
