Working together

Every collaboration is shaped around you: your role, the moment you're in, and the people who matter to you.

Ongoing partnership

Over several months or a year, we shape the rhythm together. I stay close between our conversations, so support is there before and after the moments that matter, not only on scheduled days.

The people around you

No one leads alone. When it helps, the work includes the people you choose: a partner, family members, a co-leader, your chair or close colleagues, together or alongside your own sessions.

Focused intensive

For a specific moment, such as a new role, a decisive negotiation, a transition or a difficult period, we work closely over a few weeks.

Immersions

Sometimes the most important work happens away from the daily room, and often earlier than people expect. I offer private immersions, usually a week, for you alone or with the people you choose: time to step out of the role, be fully seen, and return clear about what matters and how you want to lead. I'm happy to suggest settings that suit the work; your team makes the arrangements, and I bring the rest.

Where

In person in Europe or the United States, online, or wherever the work takes us.

Discretion

I work in conversation rather than reports, and keep as little on paper as possible.

Beginning

Every collaboration starts with an unhurried first conversation, to see whether this is the right fit for both of us. Everything stays between us.
